Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning public areas, corridors, restaurants, and guest rooms during night shifts if required
* Handling and distributing laundry, restocking cleaning and consumable supplies
* Following detailed instructions and hotel standards for highest cleanliness and hygiene
* Maintaining a professional and discreet working approach to avoid disturbing guests during night shifts
* Collaborating with the night team, communicating with reception for smooth operations
* Maintaining a neat personal appearance, wearing well-kept uniforms
* Punctuality, flexibility, and good time management for meeting night shift demands
* Willingness to work night and weekend shifts; overtime may be required during peak seasons
* High level of self-responsibility for maintaining hotel cleanliness standards at night

Our Requirements
* Previous experience in similar positions in the hotel or cleaning industry is an advantage
* Ability to work independently, reliably, and diligently, even without direct supervision
* Strong English skills for effective communication with colleagues and reception; additional languages are a plus
* Capability to work in a structured and efficient manner in a night shift environment
* High sense of responsibility and discretion when working in guest and hotel areas
* Detail-oriented with ability to follow hotel standards precisely
* Willingness to work night and weekend shifts, with potential overtime during peak seasons
* Physically fit and committed to meeting role demands
About the Position
