Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a committed individual to strengthen their team in the Northwestern Switzerland region, starting as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and maintenance of compliant, competitive global labeling documents (Core Data Sheet, Basic Patient Leaflet, Basic Succinct Statement) for complex products and development programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional Expert Labeling Task Forces (ELTF) to define labeling strategies and implement agreed actions.
* Represent labeling within Regulatory Affairs Sub-teams and Safety Management Teams (SMTs).
* Conduct thorough research on labeling topics, including competitor labels, market insights, and regulations.
* Prepare high-quality documents supporting CDS updates.
* Effectively manage responses to Health Authority queries.
* Ensure timely, consistent global labeling implementation with Country Organizations (COs).
* Contribute to Regulatory Affairs activities regarding safety communication and portfolio stewardship.
* Present labeling strategies and changes to governance bodies (GLC, MSRB, PSB).
* Review and approve International Package Leaflets for accuracy and compliance.
* Mentor team members, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
* Participate in global labeling improvement initiatives, audits, and inspections.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in science; advanced degrees (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred
* Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in global labeling or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated leadership capability within cross-functional, matrix-structured teams
