With several decades of experience in the design of IC processing analog and digital signals simultaneously, they are one of the top chip suppliers in the market.
As a member of the Switz R&D team, he/she is tasked with technically contributing to and overseeing sensor IC development in the sensing business unit.
Key Responsibilities: Strong IC development skills in achieving schedule and performance.
Structured and organized approach to developing and verifying analog/mixed signal modules and functions.
Technical interface with remote design teams.
Support the BU technical leader in product definition including technical analysis.
Interface with Quality, Design Services, Fab, and Back-End.
Profile: For this role, we are looking for a new team member with the following profile:
MS with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Equivalently, PhD-level (not mandatory) or academic background in a matching field.
Strong motivation towards satisfying external customer requirements for MOS products.
Professional Requirements: Experience in all aspects of analog and mixed signal IC development, from architecture definition to release to fabrication.
Solid background in analog architectures (data converters, analog front ends, physical design) and implementation.
Experience in industry standard tools and validation approaches.
Advantages / Bonus for this Role: Prior experience in analog sensing technology and architecture (capacitive, resistive, magnetic).
Prior experience in sensor-oriented IC product.
Languages: English (at C-level) required, French and/or German helpful.
Ability to communicate with clarity and precision when interacting with external groups.
