**Job Title:** Configuration and Reports Specialist
The Configuration and Reports Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for executing technical and configuration requirements for the successful deployment of Office Practicum in hosted or self-hosted environments. They will collaborate with Implementation Project Managers, clients, Development, Training, and Customer Support departments to design, create, and maintain SQL forms, reports, and extractions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and Configuration: Install Office Practicum software on client workstations, configure peripherals, and verify technical services are functional prior to go-live.
* Clearinghouse Services: Configure clearinghouse services, e-prescribing services, EPCS, PDMP, Phreesia, OP Mobile, Direct Messaging, InteliChart services, developed reports and forms, Dashboards, and other required services.
* Database Configuration: Set up providers and staff, insurance plans, appointment reason codes, locations, staff/provider directory, and other required setup.
* Data Bootstrapping: Bootstrap data across internal infrastructure.
* Clearinghouse Functions: Test database setup for all clearinghouse functions, including eCorrespondent and transfer agent setup for eligibility, claims, remittances, and acknowledgment files.
* Client Expectation Management: Facilitate client expectations during implementation, discussing potential delays with IPM.
* Implementation Support: Collaborate with IPM and Training team members to provide implementation and go-live support.
* Documentation and Record-Keeping: Update customer case details in Salesforce and OnRamp to record work performed.
* Multitasking: Independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service levels and customer-centric focus.
* Troubleshooting: Escalate problems to appropriate teams to address issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university, relevant experience may be substituted for a year-for-year basis.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, IBExpert, Reports Builder, web-based applications, G-Suite knowledge, HTML Certification, Basic SQL, Healthcare ANSI X12 EDI standards, Basic connectivity, network, and hardware standards.
* Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, ability to balance multiple priorities, results-focused, active listening.
