Job Description
Support continuous curriculum improvement by ensuring alignment with programme content, goals, and industry standards. Develop a plan to manage student workload across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage extracurricular content such as fireside chats.
* Develop students' self-reflection tool by designing reflection questions for student learning and self-assessment.
* Enhance online virtual content of the programme with high-quality educational materials and an outstanding learning experience.
* Consolidate digital strategy and explore new technologies and tools.
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
* Coordinate course evaluation process including feedback from students and designing feedback sessions.
* Participate in or lead projects improving programme innovativeness and running benchmark analyses.
Coordination and Administrative Tasks:
* Collaborate with marketing and programme management teams.
* Plan and support programme delivery for ETH-hosted in-person course weeks.
* Maintain documentation and version control system for programme materials.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
* Proven experience in higher education or learning & development positions ideally with research and instructional design experience.
* High affinity for new technologies and online learning.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills engaging diverse audiences effectively.
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
