In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: Brand Communication Expert Key Responsibilities: Brand Messaging & Content Governance: Own the deployment of brand, corporate, and internal messages across multiple channels. Lead timelines, coordinate contributors, and manage feedback loops. Act as the guardian of the communication tone of voice, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment with medical/regulatory guardrails. Global Campaign Leadership: Lead the 360° deployment of global communication campaigns. Build and maintain a master editorial calendar across communication touchpoints (internal and external). Orchestrate timelines, manage review loops, and ensure compliance. Ensure consistency in timing, message prioritization, and workload planning. Ensure markets receive assets on time, aligned with campaign windows and requirements. Follow up on asset usage. Market Activation & Toolkit Coordination (Core market-support mission): Translate global campaigns into toolkits (content, copy, visuals) ready for local rollout. Be the main contact for local markets: ensure alignment, collect needs, manage feedback, and adaptation processes. Guarantee usability, clarity, and quality of toolkits (formats, guidelines, copy for local adaptation). Internal Communications: Fully own internal communication execution (posting, leadership messages, change communications, employee initiatives). Coordinate internal channels (intranet, workplace, internal screens, etc.). CSR and Corporate Content Rollout: Work closely with the Communication Manager to scale CSR and corporate initiatives across platforms and teams. Help operationalize campaigns around values, sustainability, DEI, etc. Communications Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs for campaign rollout, toolkit usage, internal engagement, etc. Report back to the Head of with insights and optimization proposals. Track toolkit adoption and identify which markets need more support or training. Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Bilingual (French & English) - Writes and speaks fluently in both languages. Brand messaging - Able to turn complex topics (e.g., medical or corporate) into clear, on-brand content that sounds consistent across all channels. Strong communicator - Can craft clear, consistent messages for different audiences. Business-savvy - Stays connected to company priorities, industry trends, and global context to craft messages that resonate and support business goals. Global coordination - Experienced in working with local teams and adapting content to their needs; has worked in a global role before.
