As a Requirements and Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in increasing the activity of one of our clients.
Main Responsibilities
1. You will work independently within an Agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration with end users and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and functional requirements.
2. You will interpret Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by Business Analysts and draft, review, and update Equipment Requirements (ERE) with the Product Owner in Polarion, ensuring traceability to the FSRE.
3. You will develop and maintain test cases in Polarion to achieve full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE), configure and prepare test platforms, and develop automated test scripts for the testing environment using tools like Squish and Python.
4. You will execute both manual and automated tests during the sprint's Build phase or during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and document the results, analyze and report bugs in the issue tracking database, contributing to their classification.
5. You will serve as the point of contact for clarifying defects or Equipment Requirements (ERE) concerns.

Mandatory Technical Skills
1. You must possess proven experience in writing system and software specifications, as well as in system and software testing.
2. You should have proven experience with test automation tools, particularly using Python (experience with Squish and Jenkins is a significant asset).
3. Experience with Polarion is highly advantageous for this role.
4. Experience in Java development is a plus.
5. Experience in Java with JUnit for test automation is an added advantage.
Prior Experience
1. You must have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
2. Familiarity with standards such as ED153 / ED109A or ED12B / C is highly advantageous.
Language Requirements
1. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
