Remediation Support – Front Office Assistant
This is a 12-month contract position for a full-time office role with no remote work or home office.
The selected candidate will work 42 hours per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze various remediation items related to client migration preparation.
2. Document client structures (legal entities & individuals) and update them in client systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies.
3. Capture client data in internal systems.
4. Coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, and clients to gather necessary information.
About Your Team:
You will be working in the Remediation Support team within Global Wealth Management. Our team specializes in reviewing client documentation and ensuring data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals to prepare for upcoming client migration.

Your Expertise:
1. 1-2 years of banking experience.
2. Previous experience in a supporting or client documentation role.
3. Knowledge of CS internal tools (FrontNet, CSDA, ELAR, Host) is highly desirable.
4. A customer-centric approach combined with a pragmatic and positive attitude.
5. The ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and responsibility.
6. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
7. Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of various aspects (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.).
