To complement our team, we are immediately seeking a new cook, either full-time (100%, permanent) or approximately 70% (hourly).We are a young, very small restaurant in Seefeld, Zurich (14 seats, opening October 2024) serving high-class Japanese cuisine. Our chef has already been awarded multiple Michelin stars. In the evenings, we offer a surprise menu with approximately 12 courses, and at lunchtime, we serve sushi and bento boxes.Your responsibilities:* You will work in a team of two with the chef.* Miss-en-place & preparation of Japanese dishes (sushi knowledge is an advantage).* You will assist with service (food distribution) if necessary.* You will also help with washing up/cleaning.Your profile:* You already have professional cooking experience.* You are interested in or have experience with Japanese cuisine.* You speak English or Japanese. jidcdde42ba jit0415a jiy25a
