Servicing clients and supporting internal teams are key responsibilities for this role. Key tasks include:
1. Contacting the GBS Team and auditors regarding CertIQ matters
2. Creating client offers in a timely manner
3. Coordinating audits, managing deadlines, and scheduling appointments in CertIQ
4. Maintaining accurate records within the CertIQ database and CRM system
5. Resolving client issues efficiently
6. Communicating with clients before and after audits
7. Approving auditor invoices
8. Uploading documents to Sharepoint and ePac platforms
9. Providing vacation coverage for colleagues in the back office team
Requirements
1. A basic commercial education is required, with additional training being beneficial
2. Several years of experience in a similar position are necessary
3. Fluency in German and English is essential
4. Proficiency in modern PC applications is expected
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
