You will act as the key liaison between our internal teams and clients, actively assisting with daily operations, ensuring smooth operations and service quality, monitoring internal logistics, optimizing workflows, and increasing operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Overseeing the daily operation of our services on various platforms and ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently
* Developing and implementing operational tools, policies, and procedures to optimize service delivery
* Implementing the service for the client in terms of tools and tasks
* Leading and developing the cross-functional operation teams and ensuring the resources required for the service
* Actively working in service operations and helping with the further development of our projects
* Ensuring the smooth continuation of on-duty operations
* Organizing internal knowledge and information exchanges with different teams
* Observing client and technology trends and recognizing new opportunities
* On-duty assignments by mutual agreement
What we're looking for
* University degree at Bachelor or Master level in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Several years of experience in a similar function, with a proven track record in operational management
* Strong leadership and team management abilities to support and guide the service team
* Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Proficiency in service management software and tools
