AVIONICS AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland
Your Tasks Create, optimize and maintain numerical models of the aircraft systems
Perform modeling and simulation activities to support systems architecture definition, component sizing and requirements validation, within the New Projects department
Ensure a close connection between Systems Engineers and the model-driven processes (Model-Based System Engineering and Model Based Design) for the airborne software generation
Collaborate with systems and software architects to ensure consistency across systems, effective documentation and design for modularity and re-use
Support System Engineers with the hardware-in-the-loop testing for systems integration/verification
Write and review system requirement documents and certification engineering reports
With this you convince us University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, System Engineering or similar
Strong background in plant modelling and simulation of mechanical and/or electrical systems with graphical programming environments e.g. Simulink, Labview, SCADE
Knowledge of project management and issue tracking tools e.g. JIRA, version control e.g. GIT, DevOps development practices and CI/CD process automation e.g. Jenkins
Experience in design/development of system control laws and embedded controllers is a strong plus
Fluency in English is mandatory, German language skills are a strong plus
Ability to efficiently engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
