Analyze and integrate multi-omic data from large clinical cohorts, including proprietary clinico-genomic datasets and public repositories.
Design, train, and fine-tune AI foundation models (e.g., As an intern, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of computational biologists, AI experts, and biomarker scientists, receiving mentorship while driving independent, creative solutions. Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD program (or recently graduated) in computational biology, computer science, statistics, or related field.
Strong Python skills and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Proficient in English (written and verbal)
