What it's about
The Regulatory Professional is responsible for managing trading documentation, correspondence, and regulatory information in support of the Treasury Trading team in the global Public Markets business. They also support the interpretation and analysis of new or amended regulations and work with key stakeholders to implement necessary controls and measures.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage trading documentation (including ISDAs; CSAs; NDF MCAs) and correspondence from counterparties, internal teams, and external lawyers
2. Support the onboarding process for trading arrangements, including document management and regulatory information capture and take responsibility for the efficient maintenance of the project management framework of the entire pipeline
3. Manage the EMIR and other relevant regulatory regime processes and procedures partnering with internal operations teams
4. Develop an understanding of key agreements and the regulatory framework applicable to the Public Markets business
5. Support the global securities disclosure process for listed securities
6. Interpret and analyze new/amended regulations and work with key stakeholders to implement necessary controls and measures
7. Draft and upkeep policies and standard procedures
8. Proactively recognize risks and detect operational escalation needs
9. Protect the firm from regulatory breaches arising from public market trading activities
10. Manage high-risk areas and further develop the control framework
11. Leverage industry knowledge to create value add initiatives to increase performance, minimize risk, and increase scalability
12. Act as a reliable contact point for internal or external requests

13. 3-5 years of relevant experience
14. Degree in a relevant field
15. Strong understanding of trading documentation, regulatory framework, and key agreements
16. Proactive and reliable
17. Ability to analyze and interpret regulations
18. Strong communication, project management and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel
19. A strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and the ability to work with limited supervision in a busy and sometimes pressurized trading desk environment
