Your Responsibilities
* Identify new sales opportunities within assigned regions.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing activities.
* Maintain engagement with military and government organizations at all levels.
* Lead the bid management team and ensure timely submission of competitive offers, followed by contract negotiations.
* Plan and execute product demonstrations, VIP visits, and participation in airshows and trade conferences.
* Capture market requirements and collaborate with Product Management to inform training system development, improvement, or enhancement.
