We are partnering with a highly respected organization to find an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer. This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful projects, working on extending the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and Implementation: Configure and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client goals.
* Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
* Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience:
o 5+ years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
o Experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
o Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles.
o Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
* Certifications (Preferred):
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
o ITIL Foundation Certification.
* Soft Skills:
o Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
