We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to enhance and streamline our IT service management processes. In this role, you will develop, operate, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless IT workflows and automation solutions.
ServiceNow Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of RONAL Global IT operations, ensuring ServiceNow remains our core ITSM solution.
* Take ownership of maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance.
* Install, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, tools, and integrations with other platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and support them in utilizing ServiceNow for business services and automation.
* Lead and manage projects related to creating business use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
* Independently design process, solution, data, and application architectures.
* Provide user support by making configuration adjustments, resolving issues, and documenting solutions.
Your Profile:
* Degree or certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
* Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Development and scripting skills.
* Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* Strong English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
