Business Development Manager (German Speaking)
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow our market share and develop their skills in a dynamic culture.
About the Role
This role will focus on generating revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services. The ideal candidate will have significant direct sales experience selling to large corporations and a track record of winning new accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Generating revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
* Commercial management of tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across nominated accounts
* Positioning and selling solutions to address named corporate customers' information management needs
* Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers
* Ensuring assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are reached
* Driving the strategy for growth across nominated lists of target customers and prospects
* Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans; contributing to business strategy, development, and implementation
About You
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A strong background and proven experience of new business hunting
* The ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes
* Fluent language skills in German and English
* Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
* The ability to influence and negotiate
* The ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company
