Your role:
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support Corporate Clients? Join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
* Prepare pitch documents
* Analyze markets, locations and real estate portfolios
* Create real estate valuations
* Communicate with investors
* Compile professional sales documentations (Teaser, Information Memorandum)
* Support the execution of the due diligence process (establishing data rooms, etc.)
* Organize and execute site visits
Your team:
You’ll be working in our Real Estate Advisory Team in Zurich that is part of Corporate Finance Switzerland. The team is one of the leading real estate M&A advisors in Switzerland with 20 highly motivated transaction managers in three locations (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva). We manage real estate sell-side projects throughout Switzerland, executing more than 60 transactions per year with an average annual value of CHF 1.5 billion. We are a young and dynamic team with great team spirit and an excellent work atmosphere.
Your expertise:
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* Has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* Is native in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
* Has good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
* Has a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
* Has a high interest in real estate, financial markets, transaction/project-business and selling
* Has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
* Can stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines in different mandates
* Has a very good command of the Microsoft Office suite
