What you do here:
In this role, within the international distributors team with a geographical scope of four diverse regions (Greater Europe, APAC, MEIA and LATAM) and more than 90 countries, you will be contributing to the growth agenda by leading and managing new artwork initiatives, leading the full artwork process including management of all internal and external stakeholders, new product launch processes, and initiative design projects, such as toolkit, display and POS creation, and portfolio complexity management.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordination of all artwork projects from start to finalization.
Master data management: Article opening, modifications, preparation of documents for production.
Collaboration with the graphics & regulatory agencies in the preparation of print data for packaging, toolkit, and display materials.
Centrally support regions (e.g. Legal Checks, Visuals, Artworks, Ingredient Lists, and other administrative tasks).
Management of master assortment file, keeping product folders up to date.
Initiate and oversee Decomplexity and Phase Out process in collaboration with Product Managers.
Provide support in various other projects (example: meetings, presentations).
Management of all ad-hoc requests from internal and external counterparts.

Minimum Education Requirements: Commercial federal diploma of vocational education and training (Kaufmann/-frau EFZ). A federal diploma of higher education in marketing (Eidg. Marketing Fachausweis) is an advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus.
Other Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel) is mandatory, SAP is a plus.
