Project Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)
In your role as Project Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) you will support the project-related quality assurance team and accompany customer projects from the offer phase through to component production and customer acceptance.
Your responsibilities include:
* Implementation and monitoring of internal and external requirements such as customer requirements, standards and laws relating to the quality assurance of the project
* Contract implementation and periodic processing in the Quality Management Plan (QMP)
* Preparation and monitoring of quality assurance documentation
* Coordination of customer related non-conformity messages
* Initiation and monitoring of actions for non-compliant products
* Point of contact for customer QA issues
* Creation of process and training documents
* Preparation and management of customer approvals, also abroad
* Technical management of project teams
* Monitoring and participation in product and process audits
* Preparation and execution of internal and external audits
* Product acceptance on site and at suppliers
What Qualifications You Should Have:
* Completed technical vocational training in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
* Technical degree is an advantage
* Several years of professional experience in quality assurance is an advantage
* Internal and external auditor training is an advantage
* An affinity for numbers and a precise working method
* Basic knowledge of SAP, very good knowledge of MS Office
* Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
* A high level of personal responsibility, initiative and commitment
* Strong assertiveness and good communication and moderation skills
* Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) and to engage in continuous training
