You are supporting our “Essentials” product portfolio related to all quality aspects and our quality management system. It is your goal to continuously drive the implementation and improvement of processes and to verify manufacturing processes. You work with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers on a daily basis to ensure the delivery of high product quality.

This is what you can move
1. Support the quality function with document control, reviewing and archival of documents
2. Update of quality records in their respective storage locations i.e., technical files, supplier files, electronic quality handbook and archiving
3. Support change management activities through initiation of change controls and maintenance of the change register
4. Plan and execute verification activities for manufacturing processes in support of product implementation
5. Initiate investigations, investigate and implement CAPA and verify effectiveness
6. Supplier management, plan, execute supplier audits according to audit program and follow up the supplier corrective action requests
7. Contribute to new product introduction with quality related activities during transfer of design, manufacturing line setup.
What you bring along
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
9. At least 3 years of experience working in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
10. Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, experience working with QMS for medical and non-medical products
11. Knowledge of CAPA, continuous improvement, problem solving, 5S, Risk Assessment; experience in conducting internal audits and supplier audits (both onsite and remote)
12. English & German fluent written and spoken combined with excellent communication skills
13. Knowledge of the regulatory aspects related to cosmetic and medical device products is desired
14. Immediately available with motivation to cover the maternity leave of a team member for around 9 months
