Your mission as a Night Auditor:
1. Night supervisor: You will be responsible for the night shift, ensuring safety and impeccable customer relations.
2. Privileged Contact: You are the point of reference for our customers, turning every complaint into a WOW experience.
3. Financial Maestro: Drawing up the daily financial report and carrying out the day-to-day bookkeeping (validating invoices, collecting payments, closing transactions).
4. Reporting to management: Communicating daily with management on the progress of your shift.
5. Versatility: Providing assistance to various departments as required.
6. Managing arrivals and departures: Handling check-in and check-out with professionalism and warmth.
7. Personalized welcome: Welcoming guests at reception or on the telephone, informing them about the hotel's services and inviting them to take advantage of them.
PROFILE
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the same position in the luxury hotel industry.
2. Outgoing personality: You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adaptable, versatile and motivated.
3. Languages: Perfect command of French and English, an additional language is a plus.
4. Technical skills: Proficiency in Opera software.
5. Passion for the W: A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the stage and taking a stand.
6. Attention to Detail: You have a meticulous attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026.
