Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Production Manager Broadcasting, to start immediately for a limited period up to end May 2025. As part of the ESC Production team (approx. 150 – 200 people), your tasks will be the following:
* Close cooperation with the Technical Director Broadcasting and the Senior Multicam Director
* Recruitment of, and planning for, the broadcasting crew in terms of cameras, TV equipment and recording management, in collaboration with the Technical Director Broadcasting
* Main point of contact for the broadcasting crew and at key communications interfaces
* Initial point of contact for the crew on organisational matters, responsible for providing all relevant information in a prompt and comprehensive manner
* Detailed organisational responsibility for all matters relating to the broadcasting crew, such as hotel and catering arrangements
Your profile
* You have experience of the broadcasting industry and are familiar with the production processes
* You have a gift for communication and understand how to address a diverse team clearly and as the situation requires
* You have strong organisational skills, are resilient and unflappable even in hectic situations
* You are good at networked thinking, pick things up quickly, work accurately and are flexible
* You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
* You have an excellent knowledge of Office 365
