Job Description
1. Supervise the upkeep, assistance, and ongoing enhancement of digital systems.
2. Guarantee the reliability, protection, and scalability of websites, mobile apps, and system integrations.
3. Identify and fix technical problems associated with digital platforms.
4. Establish and apply best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
5. Create and implement procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Offer technical advice to internal teams on digital best practices and technological matters.
The Successful Applicant
1. Prior experience in managing digital infrastructure / websites
2. Extensive understanding of web and mobile development technologies (e.g., Drupal, WordPress).
3. Proficiency in API management, system integrations, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Knowledge of DevOps tools and cybersecurity best practices.
5. Proficient in English.
