Your tasks
1. Supporting the Customer Experience Center (CEC) team in the planning and implementation of visits & events at the Schaffhausen site
2. Ensuring requests for CEC visits are managed efficiently according to the guidelines
3. Liaising with the local departments to set the dates within the agenda
4. Ensuring meeting rooms and equipment is fully maintained
5. Compiling statistics for monthly reports for the analytics
Your profile
6. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, hospitality, trade show, convention, event management or similar degree/experience in a relevant field
7. Well organized and able to work independently
8. Motivated team player with good time management and a problem-solving mindset
9. Good communication skills in English and German
10. High stress resistance and flexibility
