Mission
Support Pre-Event Operations and Onsite Logistics:
During this traineeship, you will support pre-event operations and onsite logistics. You will also lead minor projects, learning everything you need to know about project management and team leadership.
* You will implement content in the app using our CMS, based on clients' and project leads requirements.
* You will participate/lead project kick-off and reviews with project lead and clients.
* You will handle direct communications with clients via email and phone.
* You will fully manage and deliver small-scale projects.
* You will maintain project status and resources.
Onsite Support:
* You will travel to event destinations mainly in Europe, occasionally in APAC and NA.
* You will provide assistance to participants.
* You will set up and deliver live interactivity.
* You will coordinate onsite logistics including hardware set up and attendee check-in and/or badge printing.
* You will communicate and coordinate key stakeholders (clients, speakers, hostesses, AV crew, venue crew).
Workplace and Travel:
* The position requires an average of 3 events per month, representing ~15 days abroad.
* The role includes a hybrid position with onboarding in the company office (1 - 2 weeks).
Requirements & Skills:
* You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Fluency in French, German or Spanish is an advantage.
* You should have client empathy with a strong business sensibility.
* You should be detail-oriented, a high-standards achiever attitude, without excuses.
* You should have a can-do mindset, be curious and a self-learner.
* You should be at ease with computers, technology, and standard software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
* Previous experience in an AV company or event industry is a plus.
