Talent Acquisition & Admin Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support both Recruitment and Swiss HR administration, ensuring smooth hiring processes and compliance with Swiss employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Define recruitment requirements, post vacancies, manage applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
* Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen potential candidates, conducting thorough assessments.
* Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* HR Administration: Manage AVS/LPP affiliations, prepare HR reports, ensure compliance with Swiss employment regulations, and support general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR administration in Switzerland.
* Education: Degree in HR or relevant field.
* Technical Skills: Fluency in English and German (mandatory), French a plus; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, and HR systems.
