Job Purpose
* Responsible for scientific, practical and medical information on various company products, makes independent decisions on routine requests and formulates proposals for non-routine requests.
* Management of medical/scientific information sources and data bank management.
* Supports the Information Officer in approving promotional material.
* Supports the Market Access Team with KVV 71 requests for value optimizer products.
* Provides the Medical Review for the Product information (Summary of Product Characteristics and Patient leaflet) for the Established Brand portfolio in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.
Job Responsibilities
* Compiles information, prepares documents and answers for medical/scientific requests from customers and patients (includes support of Customer Service Center by answering the Medical Information Line).
* Documents Drug Adverse events and Product complaint information and ensures transfer of information to pharmacovigilance department.
* Ensures coverage of phone requests via Medical Information Line during office hours.
* Responsible for correct triage of written requests.
* Management of medical/scientific information sources (internal data storage, L-drive, SharePoint etc.) and data bank management.
* Documents activities related to the information developed and answers provided for future tracking and retrieval (iConnect).
* Training of Janssen employees on Medical Information relevant content (SOP, customer request process).
* Regular statistical analysis of Medical Information data relevant for Medical Affairs dashboard.
* Evidence search for the KVV71 evaluation of the value optimizer products, primary contact point for the KVV 71 mailbox VOT.
* Supports the approval of promotional material according to Arzneimittelwerbeverodnung (AWV), Heilmittelgesetz (HMG) and Pharmakodex.
* Supports the Marketing team in elaborating solutions for correct wording.
* Performs the medical review for the Established Brand portfolio and participates in the Core Value Team meetings for the Established Brands.
Qualifications
* Generally requires (2-4) years related experience.
* University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
* Compliant behavior according to J&J guidelines, J&J Credo and local laws.
* Project Management Skills.
* Fluency in German and English required, French is considered an advantage.
