If you have a commercial or administrative education and a good knowledge of English, this offer could be interesting for you!
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer contacts for their spare parts needs
* Provide quotations based on their needs in collaboration with the Spare Parts Manager
* Maintain continuous interface with technical (engineering, production, logistics) departments to submit the best solutions to clients
* Confirm and manage orders
* Apply the appropriate pricing conditions, payment terms, and transportation terms
* Manage complaints
* Handle data management and updates within the system (SAP)
Profile:
* Commercial or administrative education
* Very good command of English; any additional linguistic knowledge (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
* Good knowledge of SAP as a CRM
* Previous experience in a sales administration role within an industrial company
* Strong customer orientation
* Attention to detail, focus on customer satisfaction, ability to make decisions and find solutions
* Good communication skills
