Job Description:
As a key player in the ICT industry, ALSO operates in 30 European countries and 144 countries worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the European strategic plan for the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem in collaboration with relevant vendor partners.
* Promote cross-selling activities between devices and license business.
* Create and implement strategic and marketing actions in conjunction with Microsoft's EMEA MTR and Commercial PC team.
* Support sales teams in various countries, share best practices, and develop cross-country marketing programs.
* Monitor key performance indicators such as market shares, sales development, etc.
* Expand and develop the vendor portfolio within existing and new ALSO countries.
* Participate actively in shaping the company's strategic direction, working closely with CoC Management and Regional Leads.
* Maintain presence at events and continuously enhance product knowledge.
Your Profile:
* University degree or equivalent qualifications.
* Relevant experience and knowledge of the IT market, preferably in Microsoft, PC, or collaboration solutions.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, process affinity, and high level of self-motivation and responsibility.
* Experience in vendor management and business development.
* Open and approachable personality with an extended networking spirit.
* Strong analytical skills.
* International and intercultural experience is an advantage.
* Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are beneficial.
