Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the elevator market across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the elevator industry, managing key accounts, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the elevator industry, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Identify and target new opportunities within the elevator market, focusing on strategic partnerships and key customer acquisitions.
* Leverage deep knowledge of the elevator industry to position AddSecure as a trusted partner for connectivity and IoT solutions.
* Understand customer needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with their operational and business goals.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Product Management, Technical Support) to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth within the elevator market.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator market.
* Strong understanding of elevator technology, regulatory requirements, and customer challenges within the industry.
* Proven track record in key account management or business development roles.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with IoT, connectivity, or secure communication solutions is a strong advantage.
* Ability to travel extensively within the EMEA region.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
