Your Impact
1. Manage the inbox, calendar and schedule of your leader (Management Board Member) and are in charge of setting up meetings, including pre- and post-meeting planning.
2. Act as a point of contact for different stakeholder groups and manage the flow of information to them in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Prepare executive communications and maintain confidential information for the business, teams, and leadership, ensuring that confidential information is handled appropriately.
4. Act as a support function to the leadership team and help ensure that the expectations of the senior management are met and that the relationship with the staff is strong.
5. Make business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, accommodation, and visa handling.
6. Develop continuously your technical know-how and soft skills.
7. Organize internal and external events as well as the oversight of on-site management.
Your Skill Set
1. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
2. 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a dynamic work environment.
3. Solution-oriented, responsible and communicative personality who is keen to work in a fast-changing world.
4. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person.
5. Ready to take on responsibility in a flexible work environment which maintains an active coaching culture.
6. Excellent MS Office user skills and have a strong command of the English language both in writing and speaking. German language skills are a plus.
7. Work experience within a professional services firm or with a C-Level executive are also a plus.
