* Collaborate with Ipsos teams to bring the best solutions to existing and new clients, serving as the voice of the client within the organisation.
* Identify and unlock business opportunities with new and lapsed clients by leveraging industry connections and understanding their business issues.
* Achieve revenue targets with prospect and lapsed clients.
* Develop and manage account plans, ensuring collaboration between Service Lines.
Requirements-
* Minimum 12 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably with large international clients.
* Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and generating revenue.
Knowledge and Skills-
* Detailed understanding of Market Research solutions.
* New Business Sales Experience: Ability to develop business with existing clients and acquire new ones.
* Advisory / Strategic Thinking: Ability to elevate discussions at a business level.
* Strong Relevant Network: Connections to clients in the industry.
* Social Media Savviness: Visibility as a senior industry expert.
