Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
* 5 to 7 years of experience in the field
* Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks; leads and directs the work of others
* Reports to Regional Manager
* Should be managing and handling Enterprise/midsize & SME accounts
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for B2B sales
* Experience selling IT hardware & Software products
* Responsible for completing targets
* Only responsible for generating Enterprise Business/SMB (Small Medium Business)
* 5 to 12 years’ experience and core competencies in Enterprise/Mid-Market Origination
* Relevant experience in selling IT SOLUTIONS comprising Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, IMS, and Cloud
* End-to-end sales closure - including hunting, needs identification, basic solutioning, pitching, and closing deals with mid-size and large organizations
* Well connected with OEMs in Server Storage, Networking, Security, and Cloud Domain
* Key responsibility: IT Infrastructure support services/Solution Selling/Managed Services & Enterprise Network Management Solutions
Requirements:
* Proven account management or other relevant experience
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
* Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
* Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent time and project management skills
* Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
* Ability to establish & maintain working relationships with OEM principals, Vendors & Suppliers
