Responsibilities
1. Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
2. Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow-up and relationship building.
3. Qualify incoming leads promptly to arrange appointments and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographies, expanding the client base and driving sales growth.
5. Prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email, text, and other forms of communication, to generate qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and effective communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements
1. This is a remote position, and a reliable and fast internet connection is essential to perform this role.
2. Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software.
3. Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships.
4. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
