For our Swiss subsidiary in Global Human Health based in Lucerne, we are currently looking for a Sales and Stakeholder Manager Oncology who will lead the Oncology Account Managers (AMs) team to deliver superior customer experience across Switzerland and through multiple channels. You will be part of the Oncology Leadership Team and will report in this function to the Business Unit Director Oncology, while working closely with colleagues from a range of functions including Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and Access.
Key Accountabilities
1. High-Performing Team Leadership – Reinforce and sustain a team culture of high performance, accountability, psychological safety and fun through inspirational leadership and strong emotional intelligence.
2. Sales Force Coaching & Development – Provide regular and meaningful coaching on core business competencies including selling skills, digital channels, data analysis, and patient journey, and organize relevant sales trainings as necessary.
3. Commercial Execution & Sales Force Excellence – Maximize commercial impact across customer groups by setting appropriate performance goals and KPIs, optimizing segmentation and targeting, implementing customer-relevant channel mix, driving excellence in congress planning and execution, and overall ensuring strong implementation of marketing strategies and tactics with customers.
4. Account Management – Drive account planning and execution high standards and organize regular territories reviews ensuring strategic and impactful engagements.
5. Customer & Sales Force Interface – Drive impactful customer-focused collaboration between field force and other functions, serve as the “Voice of Sales” and “Voice of Customer” to the head office, organize Sales Meetings and ensure sales force feedback and insights are regularly shared to maximize the effectiveness of marketing strategy, messages and materials.
6. Direct Customer Engagement – Visit customers and attend medical education and congresses on a regular basis, and role model excellence in customer engagements to the team.
7. Team Operations – Own team performance management, coordinate incentives scheme, ensure high level of compliance and best-practice adherence, and manage budget effectively.
Background and Professional Experience
1. University degree (master or equivalent)
2. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, across sales, marketing, and people leadership, with a track record of impact – oncology experience preferred.
3. Sales & customer facing experience.
4. Spoken and written business proficiency in English and German (mandatory), with French and Italian proficiency an advantage.
5. Proven Sales Management experience is a significant advantage.
6. Expertise in partnering with customers building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights to drive solutions and strategies across the franchise that address previously unmet needs.

6. Analytic ability to evaluate performance data and refine deployment strategies.
