2. Serve as a point of contact for local HR teams, providing expert advice and support on HR matters or requests.
3. Assist in designing, implementing, and embedding global HR projects, processes, or tools in areas such as performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
4. Take ownership of assigned HR projects, applying a hands-on approach to drive results and improve efficiency.
5. Propose actions to optimize existing HR tools and processes, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
6. Collect and monitor HR data accuracy for a large employee population on a regular basis, ensuring precision and reliability.
7. Produce statistics, prepare comprehensive HR reports, and conduct in-depth analyses to inform business decisions.
8. Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws and regulations, mitigating potential risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
9. Provide expert guidance on social law compliance topics, offering strategic insights and practical solutions.
10. Participate in developing and implementing HR policies, aligning them with organizational objectives and values.
11. Monitor the organization of global entities, including org charts, management teams, and HRIS implementation, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
12. Track new entities and ensure their proper onboarding, facilitating seamless integration into the organization.
13. Inform stakeholders about major changes, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
14. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and initial interviews for key local positions, ensuring a consistent and fair hiring approach.
15. Facilitate candidate selection for key roles, leveraging expertise and experience to make informed decisions.
16. Participate in the global annual salary review process, implementing guidelines and relevant tools to ensure fairness and equity.
17. Guide entities in designing remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and talent retention, aligning compensation with organizational goals.
18. Monitor the performance evaluation system, ensuring it is aligned with organizational objectives and provides actionable feedback.
19. Train local HR teams on the performance evaluation process, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage performance.
20. Advise local HR teams on performance management and succession planning, providing strategic guidance and support.
21. Create and deliver training on relevant HR topics to upskill local HR teams, enhancing their capabilities and confidence.
22. Organize regular communication for managing directors and local HR teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
23. Oversee the onboarding of new local HR staff, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the team.
24. Support the implementation of global HR systems, leveraging expertise and resources to drive adoption and usage.
This is a full-time role with no home office, requiring frequent travel and collaboration with global teams.
Requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
2. University degree in human resources, legal, or a relevant field.
