Administrative and Logistics Coordinator

Your Future Team:
We are a team of six and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad in our office in Grenchen located at Leon Breitling street. It's more than an Administrative and Logistics role, it's a role in which you'll have the opportunity to share your exceptional skills in administrative, logistics, and customer service areas within the Merchandising Team.
Your Contribution:
* You will be strongly dedicated to Administrative and Logistic Support: you will challenge and improve the process of creating, stocking, and distributing marketing materials such as decorations, equipment/gifts, and visual merchandising displays.
* You will oversee Inventory Management by maintaining accurate records of all marketing materials, ensuring everything is accounted for and ready for timely distribution.
* You will be responsible for SAP Order Processing and Export Support (orders for global markets and internal departments) and you will assist the Export team with export/import documents and certificates.
* You will ensure all orders are accurate, delivered on time, and manage intercompany orders, re-invoicing, and direct shipment allocations from suppliers to global markets.
* You will calculate transfer prices, enter public retail prices as needed, and send invoices to accounts payable for prompt payment.
* You will handle administrative requests from markets and provide customer service regarding orders and shipments to global markets.
* You will be responsible for weekly backorder reports preparation, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and organize necessary documents like invoices and packing lists.
* You will lead and inspire one Team member of our Squad, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
You will perfectly fit into our Team if:
* You have a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or other diploma showcasing your academic achievement.
* You are proficient in SAP and strategic methodologies, reflecting your familiarity with these integral components.
* You can put forward your strong organizational acumen coupled with a genuine interest in aesthetics, design, and the realm of fashion.
* You have robust analytical capabilities and effective communication skills, underlining your aptitude in these key areas.
* You are fluent in English and French. Additional language skills (Italian, German) will be a plus.
