Role Overview
As a Financial Controller, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the Group's financial controlling. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be proficient in MS Excel and have a good understanding of the banking business.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial reports for the Group's Management, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
* Perform data reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of financial data.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement frameworks for monitoring product profitability.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks related to financial controlling and regulatory reporting.
* Act as a backup for team members during periods of absence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Finance.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, with knowledge of Tableau and VBA being an asset.
* Fluent English language skills, with French being a desirable bonus.
* Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
* Comfortable working with figures and data.
* Self-driven individual with a 'can do' attitude.
* Good understanding of the banking industry and its complexities.
