YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Record, control and maintain e-Banking online access for natural and legal persons, including administration of access rights
2. Clarifications regarding e-Banking online access with various departments within the bank
3. Day-to-day documentation and management of all clarifications as well as orders in the ticketing system
4. Close cooperation with the e-Channels Service Centre
5. Check signature of customers and internal clients in relation to payment orders and securities transfers
6. Verify account closing orders
YOUR PROFILE
7. Completed commercial apprenticeship (banking apprenticeship an advantage) or equivalent training
8. Very organized, structured and accurate way of working
9. Committed, responsible and resilient personality
10. Customer oriented attitude and capability to work under pressure without losing focus
11. High level of discretion and trustworthiness
12. Networked thinking and quick comprehension skills
13. Confident in English, other languages are seen as an advantage
