Responsibilities
1. Define or revise the supply chain strategy according to the context and the operational needs of the project
2. Ensure the stability of supply activities within regular and emergency interventions
3. Manage supply orders, procurement, transportation and delivery
4. Provide ongoing technical support to the supply teams as well as other departments
5. Ensure efficient supply administration and provide adapted tools to support the various supply activities
6. Approve the use of supply-related third parties (suppliers, transport companies, freight forwarders)
7. Manage, train and supervise the supply team
8. At least two years' relevant professional experience
Depending on our activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted according to the specific projects.
You will not be facing these challenges alone; other MSF team members (both international and locally hired staff) will provide technical support, including extensive guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
9. Versatile professional experience (e.g. procurement, import/export, transport/freight, stock management)
10. IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
11. Fluency in English and/or French
12. Available for a minimum of six months

Assets
20. Diploma in supply chain management
21. Fluency in Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish or Russian
22. Experience in consumable stock management (ideally pharmacy)

In the IDP camps of North East Nigeria, many people are attacked by armed actors when they leave the compound to gather firewood.
