We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial company based in Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while playing a key role in internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management:
Oversee daily administrative operations, including basic accounting, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with financial reporting when required.
2. Office Management:
Supervise office supplies and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Ensure the workspace remains well-organized, clean, and fully functional.
3. Front Desk & Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for partners and CEO/COO.
Maintain effective and professional communication to support smooth business interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Languages: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role, ideally within a financial or corporate environment.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Soft Skills:
Strong sense of organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
