The Market Data Procurement Team manages a diverse global portfolio comprising over 300 providers. We proudly support more than 1,200 internal clients across all Vitol offices worldwide.
Job Description
Supervise and manage Market Data & Software Procurement contracts
Oversee contract archiving, invoicing and payment process
Manage user set ups and accesses, input data and update tracking sheets
Further improve procurement procedures and workflows
Assist with and eventually take over contract negotiations, and supplier relationships management
Develop reporting/BI tools to track trends, and identify cost reduction opportunities
Assist with other projects and tasks as and when required
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management in an international environment
Experience in IT licensing and/or Market Data procurement, especially within the commodity trading sector, is a strong plus
Fluent in English (native, C2 or equivalent) and French, any other language is a plus
University degree in Business, Technology or Engineering
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; PowerBI and/or Python is a plus
