Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Readiness and Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning and coordination, process improvement, and regulatory submission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Readiness Planning and Coordination : Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions from project phases to full-scale production.
2. Resource Planning : Manage resource planning and tracking across multiple teams and projects, leveraging data to support insightful decision making on how to best position key resources.
3. Process Improvement : Experienced in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement PPI (Process Performance Improvement) initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) : Support planning of CAPA processes and key deliverables to address and prevent quality issues, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
5. Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) : Support planning of PPQ activities to validate manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
6. Regulatory Submission Process : Coordinate and support the planning of regulatory submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and timelines.
Qualifications
7. Technical Expertise : Strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning, process improvement, PPI, CAPA, GMP, PPQ, and the regulatory submission process. P6 Planning experience highly desirable, but training and support can be provided.
8. Experience : Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
9. Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
10. Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
11. Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all activities.
