As a future Marketing Manager in LGT Group's Marketing & Communications division, your role will focus on the following tasks:
* Supporting the conception, organization and implementation of global events and educational programs on financial and succession topics for young clients of LGT (Next Generation Programs)
* Collaboration in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Next Generation in close cooperation with internal and external partners worldwide
* Participation in market research projects, such as employee, client and investor surveys
* Supporting a wide range of marketing and corporate communications projects
Your profile
* A very good current Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, marketing or hospitality management
* Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage
* Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with international customers and a global team
* Strong organizational and administrative coordination skills
* Analytical skills and a strong solution orientation
* Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and new perspectives
* Ability to work in a team and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
* Positive, winning personality with a high service orientation
* Willingness to travel, especially to support global events and programs
* Identification with LGT and its values
