Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and support for events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented, and have experience in high-end gastronomy.
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare weekly plans, place orders, and host forecast meetings.
2. Handle reservations, meal services, and event organization.
3. Maintain telephone availability from 08:00 to 18:00 and ensure meeting room readiness.
4. Perform cleaning, restocking, and hygiene tasks, including inventory management.
5. Monitor consumables, place orders, and assist other teams as needed.
6. Coordinate with external catering providers.
7. Review and approve invoices, record monthly statistics, and provide training.
Requirements
* Completed education as a Specialist in Restaurant Service EFZ (Federal VET Diploma).
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy.
* Service-oriented with flexibility, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent communication skills in English and German (oral and written).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
