Job Description
The Business Manager at KLANIK is responsible for driving the growth and sustainability of the Business Unit by:
1. Developing a strategic commercial approach
2. Effective prospecting: identifying client decision-making processes, establishing connections with key individuals, and scheduling meetings with minimal resources
3. Converting prospects into clients: qualifying needs, proposing optimal solutions, negotiating, and ensuring project success
4. Fostering a team of 10-15 full-time engineer talents to execute projects
5. Cultivating new business opportunities through strong field presence with clients and engineering consultants
Business Manager Challenges

Required Profile
* Possesses a Master's degree from a recognized business school or university
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
* Experience working in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva market
* Excellent interpersonal skills
