About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding new users through our platform, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Your Responsibilities
* Onboard new clients and businesses with a friendly and professional approach.
* Provide courteous first and partial second-level support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Manage and verify clients' KYC/AML documentation, contributing to a secure financial environment.
* Represent Bity on the web and social media, maintaining our positive image and branding.
* Collaborate on internal projects to streamline and enhance our support and onboarding processes.
* Share client feedback with the product team to help improve our services.
* Contribute to our marketing campaigns.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Excels at communication and understands the value of empathy in user interactions.
* Is fluent in English and French, with German being a plus.
* Is a multitasker who can set priorities and manage time effectively.
* Is detail-oriented, organized, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
* Has a good understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
* Holds at least a CFC or equivalent qualification.
* Is eligible to work in Switzerland.
