Summary of key functions/accountabilities:
Key responsibilities include:
1. Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
o Execution of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy for the Supporter Experience Strategy (SES) adoption.
o Positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
o Targeted engagement campaigns executed to drive awareness and understanding of the SES project.
o Support garnered from stakeholders for user-centric practices and the project's success.
o Contribution to the successful implementation of the Supporter Experience Strategy (SES).
o Engagement and training lead to a positive impact on supporter experiences, with increased satisfaction and fundraising income.
2. Internal Communications
o Internal communication plans implemented, focusing on SES-related updates and initiatives.
o Stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
o Improvements implemented to existing communication channels to expand project coverage.
3. Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting:
o Metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement efforts.
o Comprehensive reports provided to project leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.

Reporting To: The Chief of Individual Giving with a reporting line to SES Senior Coordinator
Working Place: Geneva, Switzerland is the official duty station. (Flexible work arrangements may be applied if there is a need).
To Qualify as an advocate for every child you will have?
1. Education:
o An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: Marketing, Communications, Non-profit or Business Management, or another relevant field.
o Alternatively, a first-level University Degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of qualifying professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
2. Experience:
o A minimum of five years of proven experience in fundraising, marketing, product development, and project management, with experience in delivering results at global and individual market levels is required.
o Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, or project/change management is required.
o Experience with Salesforce implementation and usage is an asset.
o Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
o Passion for promoting positive supporter experiences and driving organization.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users are required.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
o UNICEF or UN experience would be an asset.
3. Language requirements:
o Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or the local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.

Remarks:
UNICEF PFP-Geneva is currently reviewing organizational changes; therefore, the successful candidates may be asked to commence duties remotely, and they may later be asked to relocate and be assigned to the final post-duty station/location in Berlin.
UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station, which will be facilitated by UNICEF, is required for IP positions. Appointments may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid).
